The First Tee

The First Tee is an international organization that helps shape the lives of kids and teens by introducing them to golf and the values connected to it. As a chapter-based organization, their goal is to consistently deliver quality services across their global locations. The organization needed to improve their cross-chapter communication and collaboration, as well as customer experiences. Partnering with Appirio, the First Tee employed Salesforce solutions in two phases:
- Phase 1 focused on building a strong foundation by increasing visibility across chapters, which ultimately improved workforce efficiency.
- In Phase 2, Appirio experts worked to improve the First Tee’s cart data model and portal functionality, as well as to innovate and build on the capabilities implemented in Phase 1.
- Appirio added functionality to the Program Director and Executive Director journeys as they relate to coach personas in golf.
Salesforce integration empowered the First Tee workers to collaborate better via the highest-quality, reliable cloud solutions, improving communication among co-workers.
